Using a tailored approach, we will

Use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to process and reduce conflict in your relationship and create a more secure emotional bond. EFT focuses on emotions and how we connect with others to help couples understand and become more responsive to each other's needs.

EFT uses emotional and attachment theories to help increase a sense of security, reinforce effective communication patterns, and develop skills necessary to form a secure attachment base in the relationship.
